About Corpium

Corpium is a free, instant search tool for UK companies. We take the public data Companies House already publishes — company profiles, directors, persons with significant control, and filing history — and present it in a way that's fast to search and easy to read.

Our mission

The UK's company register is public by law, but Companies House's own tools are built for official filings, not quick lookups. We built Corpium so anyone — a supplier doing due diligence, a job seeker checking an employer, a journalist, or someone just curious — can get a clear answer in seconds instead of digging through raw filings.

What you can do here

  • Search any company registered in the UK by name or company number.
  • View a company's status, registered address, officers and persons with significant control.
  • Browse filing history, a timeline of key events, and (where available) a capital/shareholding table.
  • Check whether annual accounts and confirmation statements are up to date, and how long is left before they're due.
  • Purchase a detailed credit report for deeper financial and risk analysis.

Where our data comes from

Every company, officer and filing record on Corpium is sourced from Companies House, the UK's official registrar of companies. This is public register data that Companies House is required to publish under the Companies Act 2006. We don't scrape private data or infer anything about individuals beyond what's already on the public register — see our Help Centre for more detail on how that works and what it means under data protection law.

Free by default

Company search, profiles, officers, PSC and filing history are free to use, with no account required. We charge only for the optional, more detailed credit report.

Not affiliated with Companies House

Corpium is an independent service. We are not Companies House, HMRC, or any part of the UK government, and we don't file anything on your behalf. For official filings, or to correct information on the register itself, use Companies House's own services.
