The partnership has undergone multiple changes to its limited partners since formation. It was originally designated as a private fund limited partnership. The general partner was changed in May 2022 from Cinven UK F7 GP LLP to Cinven UK F8 General Partner. Since incorporation, a large number of institutional investors have been admitted as limited partners, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, sovereign and private investment vehicles from the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Several partner substitutions and name changes have also been recorded, the most recent occurring in May 2025.

The company has no charges, no insolvency history and does not file standard accounts. There are no officers or persons with significant control registered in the usual sense for a limited partnership. All activity to date consists of partner admissions, cessations and related amendments. The partnership remains active.
